Preethi severed off her romantic relationship with Narde who, it seemed, could not handle the break-up.
Detectives are still working to piece together exactly what happened to the much-loved Penrith doctor - what is known is that Narde, a Tamworth dentist, drove 400km to attend a dental conference at St Leonards in Sydney's north where he met up with Dr Reddy over the weekend. It has been confirmed that he deliberately drove his auto into the path of a semi-trailer. The 49-year-old male truck driver managed to escape before the entire truck was engulfed in flames.
