Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard has revealed that he has finally made a decision in regards to his future. "I have made my decision".

It comes as Hazard has admitted he has "made a decision" on his future with growing fears at Chelsea that their No10 wants to leave this summer.

Telegraph Sport understands Hazard has not told Chelsea of his plans, but talks over a new contract have not progressed.

But their efforts have been in vain with Hazard repeatedly stating that he does not want to clarify his future until the end of the season - a stance created to keep his options open in the event that Madrid decide to make a concerted effort to sign him.

Hazard, who joined the Blues from Lille in 2012, has scored 15 goals so far this season.

For Real Madrid, who have been chasing Hazard for more than three years now, it could be third time lucky in their pursuit of the Belgian this summer.

Hazard, talking last year, previously said: "Real Madrid are the best club in the world".

"Eden is 28. If he wants to go, I think he has to go. And each year people have said things, and each year I have stayed at my club". Of course, I hope the opposite.

"I am not sure about his overall play but he could end up scoring more goals than any Chelsea striker this season".
