Rodgers told Celtic's club website: "It has been a real honour to serve the club and its supporters across the past three seasons". Rodgers also completed the first of two domestic Trebles as he lifted the Scottish Cup and Scottish League Cup, repeating the feat in 2017-18.

"I would personally like to thank Brendan for all he has given to the Club".
