KXIP vs KKR Live Score

If you're a member of Amazon Prime and you were looking to continue using their 20 percent pre-order discount on some new games, you may want to brace yourself for some bad news.

Amazon announced today that its 20-percent discount on pre-orders would be discontinued on August 28. While Twitch Prime will still give away indie games to subscribers each month, as well as access to special emotes, the key value - watching Twitch without ads - has been removed. One of the best discounts that Prime now offers is 20% off physical game pre-orders; that takes a $60 game down to $47.99, but unfortunately, Amazon just announced that the discount is coming to an end on August 27.

First, universal ad-free viewing will no longer be part of Twitch Prime for new members, starting on September 14. With ads, the platform and game creators can get a cut.

Pandya sparks England collapse as India take control of third Test
Pandya accounted for both Chris Woakes (8) and Rashid (5) as Pant collected his fifth catch in only his first Test outing. However, Virat Kohli on Saturday missed out on a well-deserved Test century by a whisker as his 97 came off 152 balls.

Twitch might be getting big enough to renegotiate its arrangement with parent company Amazon, but that's not the only gaming bonus that Prime subscribers are losing. By paying $9 per month, Twitch members can add a "Turbo" membership to their profile, which disables ads across the entire site and adds a few other perks (cosmetic options while chatting in Twitch, larger video storage for video creators).

But just because Amazon is bringing ads to Twitch Prime doesn't mean you'll have to watch any adverts going forward. Twitch Prime benefits aren't going anywhere, the company stated, and the community should expect more and better free games, in-game loot, channel subscriptions, exclusive badges and more. The promotional credit only lasts for 60 days and is limited to products sold directly sold by Amazon, not by third-party retailers. Should viewers simply want to skip a single channel's ads, they can pay that channel's monthly subscription cost, though this varies on a channel-by-channel basis.

Thanks to every Twitch Prime member for supporting Twitch and your favorite streamers.
