In her various tweets since ABC's shocking decision to cancel "Roseanne" in the wake of her racist tweet about former Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett, Barr had vowed to tell her side of the story on Rogan's podcast.
President Donald Trump on Thursday once more weighed in on the fiasco surrounding Roseanne Barr's racist tweet by again demanding an apology from Disney CEO Bob Iger, claiming Iger and ABC "offended millions of people".
"While all pharmaceutical treatments have side effects, racism is not a known side effect of any Sanofi medication".
The White House has said that the president was merely calling out media bias, not defending Barr.
"Please don't compare me2 other people who have said disgusting things", Barr tweeted, addressing the fallout from a racist tweet she posted and deleted on Tuesday, which led to the swift cancellation of her ABC reboot series.
Barr's post-firing tweets included an apology to those who lost their jobs because of her words, but her choice of retweets struck a defiant tone.
"One stupid joke in a lifetime of fighting 4 civil rights 4 all minorities, against networks, studios, at the expense of my nervous system/family/wealth will NEVER b taken from me". But that was not a promise she was able to keep for long.
"No one is defending what she said", Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said Wednesday.
ABC executives were not discussing their thought processes on Wednesday.

ABC scrapped the massively popular sitcom on Tuesday after Barr tweeted that former Obama aide Valerie Jarrett was the baby of the Muslim Brotherhood and the "Planet of the Apes".
